Rosalie Hall provides outreach, youth engagement, counselling and care and treatment services for children and youth with comprehensive supports for young parents and their children. Our counselling and therapy services include community counsellors and the Community Care and Treatment Team with outreach to Young Parent Centres across Toronto.
