One of Toronto’s most vibrant and culturally dynamic neighbourhoods is seeking to hire a full-time coordinator. Little Italy is located in Toronto’s downtown west and is home to a variety of retail merchants, services, restaurants and more. Working with the Little Italy BIA presents the opportunity to work with a diverse range of small businesses that encompass art, history and culture. The role as coordinator is key to the continued success of our membership. The experienced candidate should be an energetic, self motivated and articulate individual. The candidate must have strong organizational and time management skills. The candidate will have the ability to multitask and manage a fluid work environment. A clear working knowledge of QuickBooks premier, Microsoft and Google is preferred. Past work history as an administrator with the City of Toronto or TABIA is an asset. The chosen candidate will report directly to the Little Italy Board of Directors. The starting salary range with benefits is $50,000 - $55,000. Salary will reflect experience. Following a three month probationary period the candidate will be considered for permanent employment.
