Madison has a long history of being client driven and was originally formed in the late 70’s and became incorporated in 1981. Our clients form the membership of our agency and annually elect our Board of Directors. Our clients regularly have opportunity in the provision of services, of which we plan based on direction from them. Our Mission Statement: Madison Community Services exists to promote the health, recovery and community integration of persons with mental health challenges through advocacy, education and the provision of a broad range of high quality community based support services.
