Sherbourne Health Centre (SHC) provides innovative primary health care to the diverse populations of southeast Toronto with a special focus on people who are homeless; lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans communities and newcomers to Canada. We are primarily funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network.
