Shoushin is a luxe Japanese sushi bar located in Toronto’s affluent north end. Helmed by owner and head chef Jackie Lin, Shoushin specializes in carefully crafted, authentic Japanese Tokyo-style sushi. The restaurant is one of only two North American establishments with a sushi bar made from hinoki wood, a prized Japanese cypress.
