Internal Co-Ordinator – Be the Backbone of Our Sales Operations! Are you a highly organized individual with exceptional multitasking skills? We're looking for an Internal Co-Ordinator to act as the linchpin between our sales and other departments. As an integral part of our sales department, the Internal Co-Ordinator will embody these values while ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Open internal work-orders for sales department and ensure they are completed on time Keep departments up to-date on scheduling and delays Assist with dealertrade responses and scheduling (PDI/pickup/bill of sale) Assist with TradeRev capture and pickups (collect keys, location, bill of sale) Assist with getting keys for Autotrader for capture (collect keys, location) Assist NCD with reporting retail sales after vehicle is delivered Greet customers in the and contact a product advisors/manager when necessary Key Qualifications Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within an automotive setting Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Why Join Us We offer a competitive compensation package and extended health benefits.
