As a sales and customer service representative , you will assist Canada's largest telecommunication company clients by answering their questions and promoting various communication products and services. What we offer: Hourly compensation of $20 /hour*, including a guaranteed bonus – Based on your performance, you could earn more thanks to our generous incentive plans! After seven months, you will get a base wage of $16.44/hour and significant monthly bonuses based on your performance (the average total compensation of our agents 6 months after training is $22.50); A special premium for weekend shifts; Performance-based incentive plan; Fully paid professional training program and all the support you need to succeed; Complete benefits plan after six (6) months of service, including: Comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, and life insurance); Discounts on telecommunications products and services. Availability to work in the following time-slots: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm EST; Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST; This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference. Eligibility criteria : Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet; Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift. Candidates must reside near the Nordia location centre to be able to come to pick up their equipment before the training or travel there, if necessary. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Respond to customer requests related to television, Internet, and telephone products; Promote complementary solutions according to customer's needs and habits; When required, transfer the client to the most appropriate department regarding their demand. Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills – Thanks to your friendly and sociable nature, you know how to establish a connection with the customer! Great interest in technologies – You like being up to date with new technologies and enjoy sharing your knowledge with clients! Strong interest in developing sales skills – We're looking for people with a background in a sales environment or willing to learn how to acquire this highly sought skill! Excellent communication skills, oral and written; Ability to work in a computerized environment; and strong multi-tasking skills Experience in sales, customer service, or in a call center, a great asset!
