Demonstrated experience leading projects focused on business transformation and modernization Demonstrated experience writing Business Cases Knowledge and experience conducting and analysing market sounding exercises Knowledge and experience with the OPS Procurement Process would be an asset The Ministry of Health (MOH) is developing options for a future state delivery model as the Ministry pursues a plan to modernize the Ontario Drug Benefit program on a larger scale. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing various workstreams, stakeholders, staff and project resources in the creation of a recommended path forward for the Ontario Drug Benefit program. Responsibilities: Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise-wide. Ensure accountability for the program’s centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery. Ensure programs are delivered cost effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with organization’s methodologies, standards and frameworks.
