As a member of the New to Investing team, you have the opportunity to work with results-oriented, curious, innovative, and adaptable colleagues delivering an exceptional digital investing experience. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, New to Investing, you will provide thought leadership in understanding the evolving needs of new to investing clients in the Direct Investing space to deliver a world class client experience that boldly differentiates TD Wealth. In this role, you will be responsible for: Deliver Results Define the strategy and associated roadmap for servicing new to investing (NTI) clients Drive pace of innovation and industry leadership of NTI product offerings Own the end-to-end strategic execution for NTI initiatives, with a focus on TD Easy Trade and the TD Canada App's investing capabilities Maintain strategic alignment by working closely with change management, technology, business architecture, and other partners Customer Centric Support and incorporate human-centered design thinking principles to drive and advocate a customer centric approach towards innovation Keep clients in forefront of decisions, connect plans and actions to our purpose of serving clients Engage with digital channels product teams and user experience designers to co-create prototypes and validate concepts Actively monitor and synthesize client feedback to inform feature backlog and product roadmaps Analytical and Strategic Problem Solver Analyze data through the lens of the customer problem to be solved Effectively frame complex issues and create insights to drive strategic recommendations Clearly define and manage success criteria and key performance indicators Leverage strong business acumen to articulate the case for change Requirements Business degree or related discipline Enthusiasm for investing and the financial markets Innately curious and a passion for exploring market research, innovation trends for product development, technology, and financial wealth management Experience in strategy development Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills Hands-on/ team-player attitude toward tackling tactical as well as strategic work Comfortable in working with ambiguity and working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment Experience navigating large and complex initiatives, including prior exposure to engaging with senior level executives and managing multiple stakeholders 5+ years relevant experience (financial services research, consulting, product management, strategy design…etc.) Hours 37.5 Inclusiveness At TD, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected and supported.
